Dear Friends,

It gives me a great pleasure to welcome all of you to the second edition of Wandering Music Stars Festival and Saxophone-Clarinet Competition which will take place in Israel between March 1-5, 2020.

Preliminary rounds of the Saxophone/Clarinet competition will be held at the Buchmann Mehta School of Music, March 1-4, with final round taking place at Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University on march 5th.

We are proud to announce the participation of such soloists as: Shirley Brill, Daniel Lozakovich, Maxim Vengerov and Alexander Knyazev with Concerts in Jerusalem’s Henry Crown Auditorium and in Tel Aviv’s Heichal HaTarbut.

Musicians have been coming from all over the world to Israel to find their own way to communicate beautiful music with the audiences weather immigrating or being a visiting artist.

Wandering Music Stars II is also proud to welcome Armenian State Symphony Orchestra with charismatic Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Sergey Smbatyan and the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.

We wish all invited artists and competition participants to perform beautifully and enjoy a very healthy music environment in Israel.

We are very proud to share beautiful music with you, which touches our souls and gives us hope for peace all over the world.

Dear friends!

We are proud to welcome you to our Second Edition of the "Wandering Music Stars" Israel Music Festival and the Third Edition of the "Classic Winds" International Saxophone and Clarinet Competition, organized by the European Foundation for Support of Culture, in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

The mission of the EUFSC through the presentation of these Festival and Competition is to re-discover, promote, support and document the great masters and young talents while providing audiences with a unique musical experience; to build the audiences of the future to help ensure the very existence of classical music.

Within the projects, it is an honor for us to have as soloists world-acclaimed classical music stars –Maxim Vengerov, Shirley Brill, Daniel Lozakovich, Alexander Knyazev who will perform together with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra under the batons of the brilliant conductors - Dmitry Yablonsky and Sergey Smbatyan.
Special thanks to the Dmitry Yablonsky Foundation and the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music for their kind collaboration as partners of the important projects.
